Dr Sona Kaur (DClinPsy)
Specialist Clinical Psychologist
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here
I’m a passionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist who works with those struggling to find happiness and live a life free from the strains of past trauma that could be affecting your daily life, relationships, or work. Traumatic experiences can chip away at our sense of self, physical, and mentally which can leave us feeling out of control in all aspects of our life.
This is why I’m devoted to working with those with intergenerational trauma and delving into the different aspects of how our identity not only shapes our life but how we are often left internalising and creating emotional conflict with ourselves and with others.
With the right support, you can work through these struggles by challenging the core beliefs and behavioral patterns of inherited trauma.

Compassionate coaching for mindful healing
The things we’ve gone through don’t have to define us. My mission is to help individuals who have been through painful past experiences such as domestic violence and/or abuse, difficult childhoods, or other forms of hardship.
I take a holistic approach to help you better understand and work through a difficult past event(s) you regain control and stability of yourself, and the world around you, giving you the freedom to be happy – you so deserve.
