Compassionate therapy for mindful healing

Hi I'm Dr Sona Kaur...

If you are looking for a therapist who makes you feel at ease…

I am a Specialist Clinical Psychologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queen Square, London. I also currently run my own private practice in London.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have experience working with various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emotionally unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), and complex trauma.

As a practitioner, I have an interest in working with intergenerational trauma and looking at how different aspects of our identity not only shape our lives but are often internalised and create emotional conflict.
