Complaints Procedure
I am committed to providing a professional and high-quality psychological service. If you have any concerns about the service you have received, you are encouraged to raise this directly with me in the first instance.

Your concern will be acknowledged within 5 working days and a full response will be provided within 20 working days.
If you feel that your concern has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may raise this with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the regulatory body for Clinical Psychologists in the UK.
Therapy Agreement
- Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £175 per session, payable in advance.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
- All personal and clinical information is stored securely and confidentially. Relevant information may be discussed anonymously within clinical supervision as part of maintaining high standards of care.
- If there are concerns regarding a client’s safety or the safety of others, I may contact their GP or appropriate services as part of my duty of care.
- Therapy is not a crisis service. If someone is in crisis, they should contact their GP, NHS 111, or attend A&E.
- As a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, I adhere to strict professional and ethical standards.
- What to Expect from Therapy
- You can begin by either booking a 15-minute consultation (£45) or a full 50-minute initial consultation if you are ready to start therapy.
- The first full session is an opportunity to understand difficulties, goals, and to develop a shared plan for therapy.
- Ongoing sessions are typically weekly and tailored to individual needs.
